Commitment to business ethics
Wood Group’s Business Ethics Policy recognizes and reinforces the importance of conducting business ethically and legally throughout our worldwide organization. Wood Group relies on the strength of our people, products and services, and not on unethical practices, to develop our business. The Business Ethics Policy is publically available on the Group web site with further guidance given to all employees and businesses via our Intranet, as well as by way of targeted in-person and on-line ethics training.

All Wood Group Personnel are required to report any knowledge or suspicion of a potential violation of the Business Ethics Policy. We want all Wood Group Personnel to have the ability to raise a concern as simply and safely as possible, wherever they may be located, and whenever they need or want to.
Wood Group provides several ways to report compliance concerns or suspected breaches of our Business Ethic Policy including confidential telephone and email options where the caller can report concerns anonymously if preferred.
The Business Ethics Helpline is operated by an independent third party company and provides toll-free telephone reporting lines and a simple email reporting system through which employees and related personnel may make reports or raise questions.
