We are proud to support our employees both inside and outside the workplace.

Wood Group employees are people first. Like all people, you may face personal issues from time to time that affect you both inside and outside of the workplace. We're pleased to offer a number of services designed to help you deal with work, family, and personal life concerns.

Our Employee Assistance Programme offers advice on a variety of expected and unexpected life challenges. These include issues as wide ranging as work and personal life balance, family or personal crises, illness, managing finances and retirement.

On another note, Wood Group enjoys relationships with a number of third parties offering discounts on consumer products. We're pleased to be able to pass these discounts along to our employees.

We believe in supporting the communities in which we work.

Team Wood Group was created to enable employees to join together and support the community. The emphasis of the programme is on team unity and helping others. In addition, Team Wood Group provides funding for the Colleague in Need programme, which supports fundraising activities for employees and their families during times of need.

The Heart of Mustang is a community support organisation within Mustang that organises fundraisers to help employees in need of assistance during disasters and illnesses. Group participants also sponsor various charities throughout the local communities in which they work.
