Helping employees prepare for future leadership
With over 500 alumni worldwide, our in-house Management Development Programme ("MDP") helps our employees and managers elevate their skill set. As part of the programme, delegates work on team projects designed to broaden their knowledge and skills, as well as develop solutions to business challenges across the Group. In 2009, a new Understanding Business Finance programme was developed and introduced to improve financial awareness and understanding of our managers and to supplement the MDP.
