Global Goals Week
On 15–22 January 2022 for the first time in its history, Global Goals Week leaves the UN General Assembly and comes to life at Expo 2020 Dubai.
Wood proudly supports The Global Goals World’s To Do List campaign, highlighting the clear and unified messages that the world can no longer ignore. We are the main sponsor of Sustainable Development Goal 7, Affordable and Clean Energy, where we aim to lift the communities around us using our energy and expertise to improve lives.
UK at Expo 2020
Situated in the Opportunity district, the UK Pavilion offers visitors an experience that takes them through the story of how the UK’s role in AI and Space is impacting humanity, with augmented reality experiences and an enriched digital journey.
Under the theme of ‘Innovating for a Shared Future’, the UK’s presence at Expo 2020 Dubai will explore solutions to global challenges, profile British businesses from the world of travel, food and drink, fashion, education and more.
